HEEEELP!!! MY MOM IS DESPERATE!

This is Pando. I keep escaping by digging holes under the fence. Then I show up at my mom's front door and she's had it!
Can anyone help?
Now she's really upset. I didn't let her watch a movie, she had to lift two heavy blocks for the night, and she's nervous I'll escape tomorrow again.
She put up cement blocks inside against the gates of the fence but I still escape.
She's so mad at me!

Pando, Man why don't you try not to dig holes, this would help. But I know it's just in our nature to dig. I know they have this stuff to spray so you won't get near it but I don't know what it's called, but be careful because she might use it, then you wouldn't be able to go other places too, she'll go crazy spraying everywhere dogg! Know what I mean. Maybe just calm down a few days and she'll lighten up.

Bubba you are sooo cool! I also told you I think you're cute. I don't know why my brother Pando does that. Today we played with him a lot and got him tired, but I wish you'd have a man-to-man talk with him.
